Suggestions on what to do:
- Take a walk outside, use your legs.
- Run for a short while. Thats moving your legs a bit faster, than just walking.
- Jump on your bike, and see the world in real 3D. Stop from time to time, to enjoy trees and birds and stones, all the things surrounding you.
- If its a warm/hot day, see if you can jump in the sea somewhere. If you cant swim ... dont.
- Visit someone you know.
